Hemp and CBD laws vary by state and can change quickly. We currently do not ship (or may cancel/refund) orders destined for states with restrictive rules on hemp-derived products, including but not limited to:
• Idaho (zero-THC requirement for most products)
• South Dakota
• Other jurisdictions that prohibit or tightly restrict direct-to-consumer shipment of consumable hemp, full-spectrum, or THC-containing products (examples that frequently appear on restricted lists include certain restrictions in Alabama, Iowa, Mississippi, Tennessee, and others—availability is product-specific).
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order that cannot be lawfully shipped under federal, state, or local law, or under carrier policies.
Customer Responsibility
By placing an order, you confirm that:
• You are at least 21 years of age.
• The purchase, possession, and use of the products is legal in your state and locality.
• You understand Quiet Trees is not responsible for packages seized or refused due to destination laws.
